Deepak Mirza
Mr. Mirza began his professional career at Microcom/DCM Data Products. He moved to Chennai in 1985 in search of a more challenging environment. He attributes the success of Apcom Group of Companies, to the simple values of reliability and consistency in business relationships. Mr. Mirza has over 35 years experience in the Indian IT industry starting with Mr.Shiv Nadar's first venture Microcom. He is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Delhi.
Aditya Mirza
Aditya’s primary focus is on driving continuous innovation and enhancing the quality of outsourcing services throughout the company, helping clients capture value by achieving better integration of internal and external resources. His management portfolio also includes responsibility for business development and sales, customer acquisition and growth, thought leadership, and customer success. He also focuses on new market expansion and new service portfolio creation.
Prior to joining Cenza, Aditya was a manager with Deutsche Bank based in New York, which provided him with more than a decade of experience managing engagements and relationships with large corporate clients in the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia. He has a Masters in Finance from Brandies University and B.A. in Accounting from Loyola College, India.
He is a Board Member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization – an association dedicated to promoting community service, social & business networking, and international cooperation. Aditya has sponsored and supported schools for underprivileged students in underdeveloped communities, focusing his efforts on improving basic necessities like building hygienic restrooms and drinking water facilities for the students, in addition to educational infrastructure.
Lakshmi Gopal
Lakshmi manages day-to-day operations, support and delivery. She is a key member of the project planning and execution teams, and plays a critical role in the global delivery of client projects. She is also responsible for building organizational capability, training and oversees the HR department. In these various roles, Lakshmi helps drive continuous process improvement, agility, and efficiency in the company’s growing operations.
She has 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, including extensive experience in business process management – primarily in the fields of contract management, and litigation claims.
Lakshmi has been an active member in the Empowerment Women in IT (EWIT) and the governing member for POSH – Prevention of Sexual Harassment program.
